The whole arm is powder coated then the pivot shaft is painted
Eastwood's "Detail Gray". The tip of the arm is also painted
"Detail Gray" to achieve the "factory" dipped appearance .
They fit without any alterations of any kind on all GM F-Body cars
1970
through 1981
