Here is some of my story. The wife - Cheryl and I purchased this car
off e-bay
in April of 2004. It was located in Wichita, Kansas and had been
there -as best we can tell from miscellaneous paperwork that was in
the car - since 1972. Looks like it was at one time a California car
as well.
Below are some pictures of
the '63 in it's "as
purchased" condition
We drove it for a few months
then began the tear
down in August of '04. First step was removal of the original front clip and the complete drive
train
and the addition of a TCI Mustang II front clip.
Then came a year of
minitubbing and the 4 bar/coil-over 9"Ford rear, 4 wheel disc brakes
Then came an Ididit tilt
column and a gauge package. Currently an EZ Wiring harness is
being run throughout, to be followed
by brake and fuel lines

2006 plans.
Include trunk detailing, reinstallation of the interior, completion of
the suspension and engine compartment and wheels and tires. Perhaps next
year will produce a power train and some much anticipated cruise time!
